Refund policy
At ecoBeans, we value your feedback and want you to love our coffee as much as we do! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer a few different options depending on your purchase history.
Order Cancellations & Returns for Unopened Products
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery if it is unopened and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@ecobeans.coffee. Please note that return shipping costs, ranging from $5 to $15 depending on weight and location, will be your responsibility. We also require proof that the product has not been opened, such as a photo of the sealed packaging.
Final Sale on Opened Products
Due to our products' food/beverage nature, any item that has been opened or used cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. All sales of food/beverage items are final once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or needs to be corrected, or you experience any other issue, please contact us at info@ecobeans.coffee with a photo of the item and the packing slip. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis and rectify it promptly.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is accepted, refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within ten business days after we receive and inspect your return. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ecobeans.coffee.

Subscriptions:
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
